One of my favourite desserts. Even if I am full after dinner, I will always have room for a good chocolate brownie with a big scoop of our homemade honeycomb ice cream. What makes this recipe special is that it is very simple, vegan friendly, tastes very chocolatey, and you can make it as gooey as you want by lessening the cooking time. Once it is cooked leave it in the tray to cool, turn out carefully and cut to desired portion size. Chef Tip: Brownies can be frozen and defrosted when needed... if there are any left!

12-16 brownies
- 750g plain flour, sieved
- 1050g brown sugar
- 200g cocoa powder
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 3 tsp salt
- 750ml water
- 750ml oil
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- 150g roast chopped hazelnuts
Mix all dry ingredients
Mix all wet ingredients, carefully
Mix dry into wet ingredients carefully - do not over mix
Bake 170 degrees for 50-55 minutes, depending on how gooey you want them
